Janice, I'd cast my vote for second-hand driving--at least here in the SF Bay Area. Talk about a demolition derby! Whew! I base this empirically upon my suspicion that there are more idiot drivers than there are idiot gun owners. But again, this IS California, home of the first drive-by shooting. It may be shown that there is some degree of crossover or overlap with these entities when the evidence comes in, I do believe. Holly
