My bank has a computer program type numbers to pay-off my credit card balance each month. No paper is required. For some accounts I personally type numbers into a computer, but still no paper.

The question is, am I creating money when these transfers occur? Or am I creating money when numbers get transferred into one of my accounts? The answer is no, but it's a wondrous system.

Now, if some other fellow paid his accounts with a withdrawal from a line of credit on his house, he's creating money every time he makes a payment or a payment is made for him.
