Mr. Waite is down here in swampland. My back yard. If they 'move"
some things down here, perhaps some of the "gator boys" can take
a ride and have a little chit chat with these folks. Gator Hunters don't cotton to scams.

But just a little more note on the word "scam". I've also seen the word
over on the VVUS side recently. Seems like when a little "blip" happens over there in the companies endeavors, what once were boisterous men turn into little frilly, Nellie Girls. I know things look
poorly, but with start up companies such as this one, folks are running on fumes, and scrambling to just survive. If this little company goes
"south" we'll all be able to look back and see exactly why, and wonder why we didn't see it clearly before. And if the company picks up and pulls a 1000 lb rabbit out of a hat, we'll look back and see
exactly why, and wonder why we were so nervous with the knowledge of a good product, patent, proven formula and waiting market. So there is really no "hindsight" in the market. No matter which way it goes, will be able to look and say, "Ah, soooo. Very logical."
Either way, there will be people all puffed up and gloating at their "investing expertise", and there will be those that go away bruised and
battered, wondering where they went wrong. And when you get down to it, its just fate, chance, roll of the dice, luck.

RAP,

If this company is a scam, this scam cannot possibly work without the willing participation of people like Dr. Irwin Goldstien, Dr. Larry Hoffman, Dr. Jackie See, Dr. Darryl See, and Dr. Paul Cimoch.

The real question is this: are these highly reputable scientists and professional would participate in a scam. I guess may be I am too simple minded and therefore I have concluded that no, these people will not be part of a scam.

You apparently have concluded otherwise. In the end we are all entitled to our opinions. Only time will tell who is right. For obvious reasons, I hope I am.

Regarding Kosteck, it appears that the settlement is for the previous work done by them, as indicated in the 8K:

"Walker states that Waite improperly obligated Registrant to issue 100,000 shares to Kostech Data Corporation. Registrant believes that it was previously obligated to issue such shares, that Waite was specifically authorized by the Board of Directors, including Walker, to arrange a settlement with Kostech Data Corporation, and that Waite arranged a settlement on more favorable terms to Registrant that its previous obligation."

Regarding Phase II and III. It is my understanding that the phase II will be after Phase II. The phase II will start in around April this year.

I hope you were out of VVUS before recent decline.

Happy New Year!
