NO WAY will Value Vision shareholders agree to merge with NM
we have over $3.00 cash per share and $139,000,000 in sahreholders
equity. WE are not giving 45% of this away to a company that is losing
$3.56 per share.

Besides you dont want BOB & NICK ( CEO & COO) they have never brought
any value to VVTV shareholders. And they have no idea how to turn a
company profitable. Its all about Ego. If you look at the release you
will see that they only mentioned about having 500MM in revenues what
good is it having 500Mm in revenues if it take 600MM in make it ??

One lesson you can lean from VVTV, you can have all the money in the
world but if the people on the top dont give a D about the shareholders
they will never make moeny for them and the stock will only go down.

value vision had millions of dollars of capital to work with
but mangament only knew how to give them self big salaries. you dont
want them.

If NM wants vvtv let them pay for it, we are not giving it a way.

re: VVTV: I'm aholdin' and avotin' ---- and I vote NO deal.

Not sure which is most ridiculous: the deal, my still holding, or my even bothering to vote -g-.
