In California, the life sentence comes on the criminal's third felony conviction. But not in Hawaii, because you worship libertarian cop killers there. The American citizen in question with the tattooed face, Michael, the one you mistakenly think you could deport, was on his second strike and was willing to get into a shoot-out with the cops to avoid being arrested after killing his cousin that morning - because our "Three Strikes Law" means murdering his cousin was going to be a Life Sentence for him. So just like you, he decided to try to murder the cops so he could escape his life sentence? Hawaii actually used to have a nearly identical "Three Strikes Law" modeled after California's. But syphilitic ridden residents of Kauai like yourself decided not to renew the law in 2011 because you all worship libertarian cop killers. As a result your home has been turned into a criminal hell-hole, which is why Kauai is the perfect place to keep a violent misfits like yourself.
