resisting the urge to add an 8TB 7200rpm hdd as a second drive
Where I see drives that large being useful is to consolidate multiple drives into one, which would leave the originals as a backup. Also with large drives today I prefer externals so they can be disconnected when unnecessary and USB 3.0 drives are so fast now that I even write images to them.
