Notice few talk about real estate these days be it the incredible appreciation or the cash flow? Time to start selling get out of the landlord biz slowly. Hope to be done in about three years.. Tenant pool and millenials scare me will be a lot of heartbreak next bust when it happens later during DJT's second term says my worthless crystal ball. We got lots flack from da bulls in 2005-07 and da bears from 2009-11....Most all have left the game..
