What is the basis for thinking it will be $19.875 rather than $17.875?

I agree with you about the secondary. It doesn't make sense to use equity capital for short term working capital requirements when the financial ratios allow for short term debt financing.

Todd,

Trading pattern was the same yesterday and today. An early selloff followed by stable trading the rest of the day. Moderate volume. Also, stock is under accumulation according to Worden TC2000.

Does this pattern support your opinion of tax-deferred selling? Also, does this not mean that those selling and taking nice profits are being replaced by investors in at a much higher price, therefore giving us a firmer base at the 20-22 level?
