2) If they can pass no one will ever know. If they're scoundrels like you they'll be peeking at women or little girls or exposing themselves. Specifically tell me how they would do that........by peeking under stall doors and walls, or by standing on a seat and looking over the wall? Are there ways that you might do it that I can't think of. Does the thought of a woman sitting on a toilet seat do anything for you? Seriously do you really think this a problem that needs a law?????
