The Democrats are living in fantasy land if they think they can beat Trump in 2020 by continuing the Obama/Clinton agenda. They will lose by a tremendous landslide if they go down that path. The way you beat Trump is by offering the electorate a genuine alternative. Cut the crap about healthcare reform and put your cards on the table and come out for single payer universal healthcare. Give people a Fkin choice for a change. Cut the BS. Secondly, tell the electorate that you are going to reduce the military budget and will use that money to create jobs. Explain to the electorate that creating more bombs, missiles and military aircraft only makes the world a more terrifying place to live. War on terror just creates more terror. And show through stats that Trump is a big time hypocrite, that his allegiance is to the mega rich. It is all about providing an alternative to the Trump platform. Democrats can't regain the Senate or House because they stand for chit; they have no agenda that the electorate can identify with. What the hell do the Democrats stand for? That's the problem in a nutshell.
