DJ Its on Edgar, but I believe you have to subscribe to get 144 reports. As to all those who commented re: Heath. Can anyone answer the question as to whether Prst guaranteed a minimum price of the stock. This is not uncommon where either people believe a stocks value is inflated, or where a seller just wants security. As to the strategic value, my speculation is no better than the longs, however, the size of the transaction is rather small, which makes me doubt this is anything more than a glorified R and D expenditure.

D.J. Here is a web site that may help... insidertrader.com Tom, That is trully funny stuff. I would hope that even Paul can find hummor in it. I used to get real crazy reading Paul's posts. That has not changed but I now realize that he spends an incredible amount of time being the devil's advocate. I think we (the thread) need that and would probably miss him were he to cover all shares and pick a new whipping post. I think this new aquisition (Heath) is a great idea. Having the ability to produce custom press's for new and old clients while utilizing that same facility for R&D. Remember Fuiji, they are much closer to the Northwest than the Northeast. Hmmm... SG
