it is all for the better being stuck is never the way w/r to infrastructure as with buying clothing for kids at 1-2 sizes larger is the way w/r to naysayers, they naysay for reasons that be many, and rarely is truth amongst the many but then to the folks always reading, but between the lines, and devoid of sense of history, they just read and believe even to the tune that africa needs no railroads and hospitals once premise discredited, all lost, because all follow-on suspect
