Were in the 8K does it say that RMCW will not be actively pursuing the MVPH
$14 million in assets. The 8K says that RMIL is not making this part of the
merger agreement. I love this as it saves RMIL 6 million Rule 144 shares in
1 year, plus if RMCW does get the assets later. Then RMCW can sell it off
or do whatever they wish! A possible Win-Win Situation for all shareholders.

Another example of your sick and twisted spinn on positive news!
Shareholders maybe coming after YOU in a classaction suit. I can feel your
need to tank RMIL as I believe that you may be getting a benefit for being
here! I'll let a jury decide the damages that you and others may wind up
paying us RMIL shareholders!

6.Ref. Rocky Mountain Crystal Water, Inc.

An 8K dated 10/7/97 was filed reference the merger of Rocky Mountain
Crystal Water, Inc., and Olympus Ventures, Inc. In this agreement Rocky
Mountain was to transfer 4,000,000 shares of MVP Holdings, with a
guaranteed value of $14,000,000 at the end of the twelfth month of the
merger. In this agreement the Company held back 6,000,000 shares of the
Company's common stock as protection against the asset not being available
at the end of the required time. An amendment to the agreement has removed
the 4,000,000 shares and the Company will not issue the 6,000,000 shares of
the Company's common stock.

Per the agreement with Rocky Mountain Crystal Water, Inc. was to receive
$5,000,000 from an outside investor within 30 days of the signing. Since
that date the Company has given two 30 day extensions. The Company has
received a copy of a letter from the investor dated January 1 1998,
advising Rocky Mountain Crystal Water, Inc. that the funds were in
processing at this time, the Company has now given another 30-day extension
due to the above mentioned letter.

Michael,
Were you misinformed about MVPH or were you deliberately trying to mislead
people here?

Well Riley,

I just read the 8-K. It appears that you and Pugs have been lying about the
merger, the money, Palco, MVPH, PRTI, etc, etc, etc.

I'll bet Mork would be happy to accomodate any investors who want to sue by
making it a class action lawsuit against you and the company.

And I also see the company is saying there is $200,000 in knitting
equipment at Hialeah. Dan Rodriguez didn't see anything. He offered $20,000
for all the equipment there. Of course, since Ekrhen was Roland's company,
they are trying to negotiate the debt, rather than suing, like they have
done to Baron's. I'll talk to Dan to confirm the existence of the knitting
equipment.

If Lanzillo won't put his company and reputation on the line for RMIL, it
should tell you something as well.

Sounds to me like some broker is PO'd that others and I are complaining to
the SEC, NASD about their actions!

I am sure the shareholders would love a class action suit against YOU and
the nays here, along with D. Mork for causing the Palco deal to be lost of
22 December 1997, and the delay in the RMCW deal being finalized. In my
opinion this halt was a direct result of your actions, along with those
mentioned!

Also if EVEREN doesn't want to put it's company reputation on the line with
you, that to will be understood as well!

PS. I see those posts are still here. What happened, is your small world
getting even smaller?

I love it when known brokers post on the internet to induce people to buy
or sell securities.

I to am quite tired of the repeated harassment and slander that he and
other known shorts and nays are spreading about me and the stocks that I
own. It's bad enough that M. Kugler is a broker and is attempting to induce
people to sell their RMIL and other stocks because he has a personal beef
with me.

Silicin Investor (SI) should be aware that Rocky Mountain International has
or will be amending their present lawsuit against the known short sellers
to include Mr. M. Kugler and his employer for his repeated posts on SI.
This is why I believe his repeated attacks and slander continue against me
and other RMIL shareholders.

Mike Kuglers actions have become far worse in the last few days as RMIL was
halted. It appears that he and several others have a strong INTEREST in
trying to get RMIL shareholders to start dumping stock when the trading
halt is lifted. These nays as I call them have been pounding the message
boards for 8 to 12 hours a day. This seems rather strange since RMIL is
halted, and none of those attempting to TANK the stock are shareholders!

I can see only one reason for this, in my opinion, someone may be receiving
some sort of illegal benefit for this. I and other RMIL shareholders have
come to the same conclusion and request that the agencies concerned take a
closer look at these people to clear this matter!
