  • Central banking needs to be more like the Oscars

    The chance of a hike on March 15 is up to 40% with a 60% probability of no change.

    The problem with that is it doesn't leave the possibility that 15 Yellen will announce a rate hike and then two minutes later will say the wrong statement was published.
