How I Got Mugged by Reality and Became a Conservative

My story is similar although I must admit there really wasn't any indoctrination where I went to high school. The best non-technical class I had was Engineering Economics which was supposed to teach you about project costing but we spent the vast majority of the time using Visi-Calc to calculate ROI's on investments. This should be taught to every high school kid in my opinion. Regardless, between that course and the amount of taxes I paid out on internship money it was easy to convert. It truly is amazing what one sees when the blinders are removed.
