Rocky, You're absolutely correct. There are a host of removable drives available both today and tomorrow that cost less and/or have better specs than the Zip. It is not simply sales figures however that we can "gloat about." You simply refuse to acknowledge that compatibility is a key issue here. I suspect that for most people, compatibility is worth more than a few cents per MB or a faster transfer rate. There are of course those individuals who can't grasp the importance of compatibility and are forced along with Syquest to "explore their genius." ;) Regards - Dale
