My opinion about VVTV is the same. My opinion about VVTV managment changed. I dont know to much about NM. I just dont want VVTV managment to be involved in this new comapny They never cared about the shareholders any they never will. when you get an annual report in the mail with no letter to theshareholders or explanation what the company does or pictures etc.. just a copy of the 10k (which you have to be able in interpret all those financial terms) you know that the last thing the care about is you. I will call the people at NM an explain them that most shareholers of VVTV are very upset at value vision's managment and unless they put a plan on the table that will show how they will increase shareholder value and show what the plans are to become profitable, I dont see how we shareholders can approve the deal I know peopel that own lots of shares I think the institutions will have the last say they own 33% managment only owns about 13% just look at the mess they made with montgomery word!! now the law suit with Time Warner!! they tried buying NM a few years back, it fell through thier ego will not stop
