I've been gone for awhile and have been reading up on the msg's (wow lots). I'm hoping to have the time tomorrow to call. Does anyone here know how they're planning on financing the aquisition? The effect of that financing on the EPS? And if the 504k shares are fully diluted yet? I'll try and find out what I can and post it. I still feel VERY positive on this one but would like to know. I tried to submit a message to MHMeyerson as one of the masses as to my opinion of there company and their shorting of a stock with such a buy/sell ratio but ran across some technical difficulties. Oh well. Looking forward to the news, publicity and audited financials in the weeks ahead! Good Luck! Stewart
