It is a funny "coincidence" that so many are forced into renting a home or apartment now for double or even triple what a mortgage payment would currently cost them because they lost their homes (the same ones being rented now) and their credit was destroyed during the housing bubble bust. I suppose the renting versus buying trend has to reverse again at some point. I wonder what the bell will be that signals the reversal and who will ring it...

It really hit home while I was watching Trumps address to Congress last night: Congress is a complete Clown show. But the ramifications are catastrophic for many and deadly for some. We really are living in the later stages of an Empire and I was almost fully invested going into today's session, deluding myself into thinking that stocks were reasonable buys, based on looking at charts, when, in fact, the whole house of Trump cards here, could come tumbling down at any moment. Even the big brokerages are lowering trading fees to $4.95 a trade, I presume, because so few are trading this bloated pig or can afford to. Buy high, sell higher, isn't that what we are all doing here? We're living in a bubble. Don't let anyone kid you otherwise. I felt I was at the circus watching Trump's address to Congress last night. It's scary that these killer clowns are running this country. Did you watch Trump last night? He went on and on about the great new American Spirit that is emerging that we must all embrace. This is all going to end very very badly. I just know when.
