Kip,

My decision is also not a bearish intent other than to take my chips off the table for now. I'm not a pro investor therefore my timing is often terrible and my read on what makes markets tick the way they do is also often incorrect. So, I do hope to get back in at a lower price for the iP8 unveiling :)

I have been playing 2018 Leaps with 100, 125 and 130 strike prices. Very very lucrative. The account that I hold my apple shares in will not allow covered calls - if it did - I would be doing the exact same thing your are doing.
