Michael Burg, the President of MVPH has stated that Puhr and RMIL have no right to the stock. The attorney for PRTI I spoke with, Milton Price, confirmed that and the fact that MVPH stopped that certificate at the transfer agent.

I didn't see any mention of any lawsuit connected with it, did you?

Or do you have more inside information for us?

Riley,

That's right! Mike Kugler is in fact spreading lies and trying to get away with it too. We have a known broker here from Principal Financial Securities spreading lies and BASHing RMIL and it's stockholders here on the internet.

Say it isn't so Mike!
I'm waiting for your apology now!

Per PRTI's Attorney on 1/5/98 - PRTI assigned the 4 mil shares of MVPH to RMCW because they claimed in essence 15Mil in damages. <EOD>
