What's happening to SEP (SE's mlp sub) during/after this -- or did I miss SE rolling up SEP before this?

Don't look now but the heathcare sector (XLV) after finally breaking out above resistance at the 71-72 range in Febuary.(saved chart)--------- ---- after a strong run ytd we are up against a strong spread triple top. Should be details coming out regarding Trump-o-care soon I would think, but who knows on a day to day basis( The movie Swordfish keeps coming to mind..."misdirection" Stan youtube.com ) We'll see, 20 cents away from breaking through that top. (once again Cramer spouting his healthcare bearishness constantly on CNBC late last fall marked the bottom)
