Eric, first of all I didn't mean to insult your intelligence. It was late at night (for me) and I was trying to type as fast as I could. Re: oil at big foot. That whole area has wells that are registered on Rig Match showing production. Why would their piece be any different? Funding: It's a fact that getting funding is very difficult for development stage co.'s. People who give money want a piece of the pie - this is why venture capitalists make a great deal of money (and also lose). I don't know enough about the Ray Dirks side of it to comment. I do average down so my B-E is less and I can be profitable sooner - as long as I see the real fundamentals being okay (flame away!). Not doing so is your choice and I respect that. OFW, you should be the last one to talk about taking cheap shots. btw, if you really don't know how to read a CF stmt, then you should take a beginner class. But I have a feeling that you do and that this was another one of your attempts at making people question something that's non-existent.Flame away again. Respectfully, Ajay
