Sessions was a senator on the Armed Services Committee. I would take his statement to Franken in the context of the campaign. I suppose he could talk to anyone he wanted to as a senator, and would be under no obligation to disclose it at all. This is just a pile of shit about nothing. I think this will be more one thing that backfires on a flailing democrat party which may not even exist by 2020, let alone run a credible candidate.
