Mike, this SK stuff is a stretch on my part. LLE is located in Columbia, SC. As I've explained previously, I think LLE is familiar with GRNO and recognizes the potential value of its technology. LLE and SK are in the waste recycling and disposal business and if LLE could use its expertise to acquire and operate entities like SK that collect waste oil as part of their operations, they would be a prime customer for GRNO machines.

The management of SK has decided to enhance the value of its stock by putting the company up for sale. LLE made a hostile offer for SK, and I think they want SK not only for its waste business in general but for its oil gathering operation in particular.

Go see the SK web site.

There you see that just in the waste generated by "automotive and retail repair" in 1994, they collected 90 million gallons of oil for reuse. In the "Industrial" they reused 14 million gallons. I don't know anything about how versatile the GRNO machine is as far as processing other fluids is concerned, but just the oil part alone presents a good business opportunity. Actually, the volatile solvents are probably useless because even if they are hydrocarbons, their molecular chains are too short and light to be useful except as fuel for the GRNO machine. And they wouldn't be useful because they probably include other nasty elements such as chlorine which would have to be dealt with. Maybe the TO would handle them, I don't know. But I digress.

As far as another LP is concerned, I don't believe there is any likelihood of that. I expect that GRNO will be able to hang on until cash providing orders are received. When that happens, there will be enough "jump start" generated to propel the stock.
