What Mike Kugler fails to mention is certain PRTI key figures may now be officers of MVPH. Do you know of any connections like this?

It appears to me that if this is the case then they are trying to save MVPH from being signed over to RMCW!

MVPH would have to issue millions of shares to RMCW as per the augmentation agreement and RMCW would OWN controlling interest in the stock. I can see RMCW (or RMIL) taking control of MVPH assets. Then RMCW or RMIL reverse spliting at a large level and taking those shares into RMIL at a very big discount and then selling off the MVPH assets to the highest bid! That's my opinion of this situation. Something the Broker Boy will not tell you!

Well Michael. You can't provide a single name as your source. Therefore, any logical human would deduce you don't have one.
