Michael, Yes I don't doubt you talked to them but most likely months ago. Things change. The fact of the matter is you don't have all the cards this time do you? You can only bluff so many times. I have given you a quote tonight also: Per PRTI's Attorney on 1/5/98 - PRTI assigned the 4 mil shares of MVPH to RMCW because they claimed in essence 15Mil in damages. <EOD>
