Don't take the WSW pundits too seriously Kent. Laslo B (I can't spell either his first or last name) has been far and away the best stockpiker in the last 5 or 6 years on WSW. He explained how he does it this weekend in an article - he looks at money flow and price movement.

He also was very close last year in calling the market using the same money flow and price movement indicators. Laslo says that these indicators indicate accumulation and as you note the Dow will break 10,000. Would be nice if this guy keeps his touch here with his predictions.

Was also interesting that Laslo recommeded warrants on several stocks - sort of a leveraged play on price movement, which probably will insure he does real well next year if his market predictions hold water.

Just my 2 cents.

Best - Joe

Kent,

Thanks for the input on Wall Street Week - I watch it almost every week, but this time I missed it. I like Ralph Acampora - I put a lot of "stock" (I'm getting as bad as LR) in what he says. He has been "right on" the last 2 to 3 years. He was very bullish throughout the period. My "gut" feel says we're going to have a choppy year this year. To be successful, good stock picking and timing will be important. That means I have to be very careful! <g>
