Per PRTI's Attorney on 1/5/98 - PRTI assigned the 4 mil shares of MVPH to RMCW because they claimed in essence 15Mil in damages.

The board of directors referred to in the press release you cited said they wanted to concentrate on the bottled water business. Now just what entity do you think that was? And who was at the helm?
