Elroy I remembered a time that, despite having no experience and much less knowledge that I do today, I heard an omnious phrase from Brazil's Fin minister. You do not pay debt, you manage it. Then, 1979, Brazil was borrowing money to pay for its oil imports bill after the 2 oil shocks. My reaction was: What the fuck this guy is talking about. In 3 years Brazil bit the dust. People in Brazil then, really thought that gravity did not exist.
