What i am trying to tell TJ that investing in the periphery of China is no road to prosperity.

China was paying for its imports from Africa with projects. Countries that did not want to talk with the World Bank or the IMF eagerly sought the sugar daddies from China.

Now they are suffering as sugar daddy is not longer interested as they moved to high value added products.

China has ran out of poor people eager to come to the cities to do the hard labor.
