I think the second one.
Have no idea WHY REGN partner IO with Sanofi? We know that they spent a loot (I mean, A LOOT!), but cutting on genomics and secondary targets with focus ALONE on IO would bring them better return, IMO. Will see how much value they will generate with rare-targets discovered by RGC?
