Noyouarewonge, what's different now is the rate of change of climate/temperature (i.e. heat increasing) is unprecedented

Of course not. Until the world started warming, everything weather related was due to the pre-warming global temperatures of the Holocene Era. Heat is the energy that drives our weather.
