Gordon Lee has got a rep on the junior exchanges for doing the good old "pump and dump" Lots of brokers/investors won't even touch a company if he's involved. If it were not for a strong recommendation from a good friend I wouldn't touch USA either! Due diligence can turn up quite a bit on Officers of a company! As for the shares turning back up in the .20-.30 range, The majority of the shares are probably being picked up by a concerted group.
