Urine idiot... if he can do it legally, then it's not above the law. Now we all know that Trump has contempt for the authority of congress, the Constitution and the Courts in his illegal executive orders (which were struck down - none of any that ever came out of any presidents in the past modern history, including Obama, Bush I & II, Clinton and others)...
