Mike, Your DD is like doo doo, it stinks. It still looks like you have not taken the time to do your homework, but continue to try and impress without substance. Do you understand where this company is looking to go in the future? They are on the fast track of major business relationships with Fortune 500 companies using their y2k tools as entry points. The future doesn't end with y2k with this company, its just the beginning. You seem to be a smart guy. The answers to most of your questions can be found on the thread or more in depth on the research site. For more info why don't you call the company directly and ask. Take the time to educate yourself first about this companies plans and goals before you try to teach others. Dave
