You can certainly direct which exchange your order is placed on. I doubt there would ever be significant differences between the two, due to arbitrage trading that would balance them out.

I bought on the TSE, for the high for the day, $2.10. I'm a pretty shitty stock trader when it comes down to it. Hopefully this call on the long-term merits of the ROH business will overcome my poor trading ability.

I don't know what the original intent was regarding whether they wanted dual trading or not, and it is totally irrelevant to me in any event. What is relevant to me is finding the goddam oil, man!
