Elroy there are several SI members who saw my letters. I wrote since July 2011 and later, to the FED Ombudsman knows, the SEC knows, the CFTC knows, US Justice Dept. Criminal Div. knows it and the following US Senators on the Judiciary and Banking committees received my letters. No one claimed that my claims are not true or there was no violation of of the Dodd Frank Act, or USC Title 18 part I Hon. Judge Leslie R. Caldwell The Justice Dept. with the last letter to her on May 16, 2016 Hon. Senator Charles Schumer Hon. Senator Tim Johnson Hon. U.S. Senator Bob Corker Hon. Senator David Vitter Hon. Senator Elizabeth Warren Hon. Senator Jack Reed Hon. Senator Robert Menendez Hon. Senator Sherrod Brown .... and at the recommendation of the FBI Agent with the Tel Aviv Embassy after providing evidence and discussed the issues letters with BundesBank opinion where sent to; Hon. Chairman Senator Patrick J. Leahy, September 25, 2011 Hon. U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, - Oct 5 2011 Hon. U.S. Senator Charles Ellis Schumer, ... and of course the US Embassy in Tel Aviv in a well documented package with photographs. Yes the US consul in Tel Aviv called me was "taken aback" from what I wrote but nothing else afterwards. in the letters of December 15 2013, was written in bold my US passport #, and that "all my claims are backed by photographs, e-mails, letters and voice recordings and where reviewed by senior investigators of the Israeli Police and State of Israel Attorney." and "the opinion of the German BundesBank, the actions, if true, are actionable and I was referred to file a criminal complaint within Germany. The complaints to the police and files # also that the threats (to my life) resulted in severe distress and great mental anguish and internal bleeding. ... and more so a retired Israeli District Attorney warned me of the dangers for my safety and my life photographs of evidence where submitted also to the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv and partial documentation with the New York State Superintendent of Financial Services, and at the Federal Reserve System. If there is any one on this SI board that has the guts copy and paste this post and ask your elected Senator if this is the way a US citizen should be treated, a citizen that contributed from his know-how to the US Army Signal Corps and their subcontractors More so I added in my letters; In hope that within the American spirit who treasures the principle of individual freedom, obeying the laws, impartiality, human rights and dignity the Committee will take the appropriate measures. Nothing happen beside several telephone calls from the SEC and US Embassy in Tel Aviv - so much for defending the little guy - it is all talk. A remark - the response form the BundesBank was swift within 5 working days after writing to the German Embassy in Tel Aviv, but they do not have jurisdiction over US citizen or in Israel
