Hi Margaret, it looks like we did not need Loewenbaum, or whatever that name was, to spoil our party with Intel. The general market is taking care of this today. But I think the same brokerage house is cutting estimates for Intel today. A little weird. I guess they didn't listen to their upbeat analyst.

I think what is hurting Intel today is the price cuts and the talk floating around that CPQ will now be using AMD chips in their Presario line. But it's not quite that bad. They are planning to use Intel and Amd chips depending what model I guess.

Hope things get better before the market closes. We had quite a nice rally and I thought we would get some selling anyhow. As long as it does not keep up. I see no reason for it. We could be getting an interest cut pretty soon, so stocks should still be better than bonds. I hope I will be right. Things are a bit touch and go at this time. I don't think anyone knows for sure how things will turn out but I am putting my bet on stocks. Actually, being long term in core stocks is not exactly a bet. But isn't life in itself a gamble? You have to live it one way or another. gg.
