Oint is now only 70.

It is certainly looking like a deflationary period coming up;
Home sales have been strong lately, and yet prices are still
way below 1989 levels. Gold, Copper, and most commodities are
on lows and looking lower.

The confusing thing though, is why, if cash is to be King,
why are we seeing currencies collapsing.
You would think that if currencies collapsed, gold would strengthen
If gold is falling, you expect to see hoarding of cash.

And yet, just about the only currency that has not retreated is
the US buck.

I know you are a bit of a history buff. Any thoughts on where
this is leading ?

PS: I guess you heard about your Stones concert...
