DR. MEADE (and all), I share your views re: <<I believe that the co. has a plan for success and we will soon be made aware of the measures that they are taking to succeed.>> Just curious, but how did you come about your opinion? Are you a doctor? Able to offer any "medical" analysis? Honestly, I clueless . . . initially drawn to stock because a cure for cancer seemed worth a gamble, and a couple of conversations with Steve Sloat got me even more exited. Steve's departure got me a lot concerned. I did speak with Dell Gibson earlier - a super nice guy, and very patient with my array of questions. A summary (paraphrased - and summarized - as best I can): re: Holders of 5K shares get preferential treatment in Costa Rica - unless some sort of clause was put in license agreement, Costa Rican law would permit treatment for Costa Ricans only. In short, only looking after shareholders. Some S/H are genuinely interested in and apppreciative of technolgy, and also significantly invested. In U.S., could be 5-15 years before treatment on humans, due to bureacracy. In Costa Rica (as well as Asia and Europe), substantially less time. Costa Rica offers stable gov't and reputable medical establishment. Would like to get out of BB status, but not a priority. Priority is tecnology, both TeleVector and shrimp farming. Grant application is in for shrimp farming. Split this venture from rest of company since shrimp is not considered true R & D, but rather will represent a commercial enterprise. Hoping (promised NO forward-looking statements) to begin animal testing, both in U.S. and Costa Rica) by Q2. Now lining up other labs from which to conduct testing (labs that are already equipped with mice, cages, autopsy equipment, etc.). If these tests prove positive, human testing may begin in as early as 9 months. TeleVector technology sounds unbelieveable - way over my head. Dell did say that this technology offers itself to many applications in addition to cancer/aging. Let your imagination wander (my words, not his). CYGS cannot effect or change what happens to the stock price on a day-to-day basis, don't particularly care. Dell invites all nay-sayers and doubters to sell. The true worth of the company will be proven. A quote: "We have TOTAL confidence in our product." This was said with total confidence. Good luck all, David
