There seems to be a lot of confusion in the USA between medical insurance and medical treatment. There can be a LOT of insurance, but nobody to supply the services at any reasonable price. << Doctors are overworked, stressed out, and quitting the profession at the fastest rate ever.
But we have more health care now under Obamacare , right? >>

The best way to improve medical services is to reduce red tape and increase supply. Preferably by reducing the huge barrier to entry of excessively long training to adopt a speciality such as removal of simple skin cancers.
