Conspiring to bring suit again MSFT? Like the rest of the international ilk conspiracy? Tell us more!

You know, there was a lot of interesting stuff in various Microsoft email, but of course there's an inocuous explaination for all of it, just look at the various Microsoft filings you guys are forever citing as relevations of the "truth". On the other hand, we get a random annoyed comment, and it's all of a sudden a federal offense.

But whatever. As always, personally I will accept the rulings of the relevant judicial authorities on the matter, rather than take your (or Microsoft's) word on it, for what it's worth. I'll repeat my challenge to you guys, on another subject, vaguely related. Explain news.com , in something other that the usual Microsoftian business is war sense. I.E. something economic or technical about why this little episode makes sense. It looks to me like the way things usually go when Microsoft gets involved in stuff like this, and it's all pretty distasteful, but de gustibus and all that.

Cheers, Dan.
