John, if you ever decide to move from aol to an isp, mindspring has IRC built in. Mindspring doesn't have local numbers everywhere, so it might not work for you, but they run a good service. And tho' I haven't used it much, their IRCchat module is pretty easy to set up.

BTW, market seems to be reacting pretty well to the RDRT announcement.
