am of the opinion, that should trump have enough break-the-order inclination and can pull it off, america can do much in infrastructure rejuvenation by engaging with much from china, as opposed to from brazil, for win-win on continental scale that only two continental economies can together do

but, alas, i fear trump may not be so inclined even as he is certainly a business type, and even if he is, the inertia is mighty

but he, like nixon, can do if he is not swamped w/ all the rest of the to-do's in the swamp - opportunity lost

it is not as if the chinese did not contribute to the earliest round of infrastructure / connectivity buildout in usa

but, gad, i misspoke again, as i keep forgetting, history does not matter :0)
