Orders placed 5 minutes no execution. What happen?
Placed, cancelled, placed, cancelled, all sell at bid.
I would rather put my money into a casino. They will be more responsible.

I don't know what went wrong with your application, but I applied
on 17 Dec 1997, and before the end of the year I got the forms
in the mail. I also got the same day an email from the mailbot at
DATEK that the forms had been send by the mail.

I don't know what good publicity you are talking about following the mini crash. Maybe those of us who have lost money because of the poor availability of Datek, especially during the crash, but also at other times, have not been vocal enough. Sending email to Support@datek.com is like sending it into a black hole. If they can't even respond to someone who wants to join up, imagine what they do if you have a complaint.

Just as a follow-up on my earlier post, regarding the problems I had opening a Datek account: With the assistance of Mr. Craig Meehan the problems seem to have been solved - the Datek mailbot has now (finally) notified me that the forms are on my way.
