I have been informed by a Costa Rican attorney that testing of this treatment, in Costa Rica, may be permitted within the next 7 months.

You're right Rick...but they haven't started animal testing yet, and even preliminary data will take at least a year to compile. Europe and Japan are more liberal when moving from human testing to the market, but this is still a long way away; but that is also why the stock is at half a buck! If we were closer, the stock would be much higher. The good news here is that the animal testing is beginning, and if the results impress, the stock will impress. If and when they move to humans, this thing will take off like shot out of a cannon.
