I really like Bay's focus on providing new applications and services that take advantage of their Adaptive Networking strategy. It really appears that House has a clear vision for the future. I think the focus on what the products are being used for is much more productive than the old focus on hardware - that lead Bay to produce the best technology, but not always what the customer wanted. I definitely see a much brighter future for Bay under the new leadership - couldn't work without the support of you engineers though! Thanks.
