See IP investment 50% of 1.5 billion or $750 million take out $120 million a year over 16%

Where in the US you have such a return on very basic industry like making pulp and paper products?

.... what is IP dividend to its shareholders? 3.6% ??
.....if so who cashes in the millions? Management of course and this is the problem - paper shufflers with connection sitting on top collecting all the cream.

... and if so why not their counterpart in other countries.

.... and this is what is wrong in our present global society.
