where buyer and seller have ever met...very common on high end deals... Not only high end. We sold two years ago and down scaled into a 55+ community. Never met the buyer, never saw them, did not need to go to the closing. Have no idea who they were. Don't care, especailly if they were liberals or votes for the scumbag obama.
